RESPONSIBILITIES:
Finding new clients
- Contact potential clients to expand the customer base
- Use business directories or client referrals to find prospects
- Network to find potential customers
Building relationships
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Promote State Farm products, such as auto, home, and life insurance
Providing customer service
- Respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, and more
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Ensure customers have a positive experience
Analyzing clients' policies
- Interview prospective clients to get information about their financial situation
- Analyze clients' current policies and suggest additions or other changes
Marketing products and services Identify customer needs, Market appropriate products and services, Pitch relevant products or services, and Recommend additional products or services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain a Life/Health License
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
